She cries, big deal!

So Hillary has a heart. Is that newsworthy? She can go cool, calm, and collected to teary without warning. Well so can I. I have been know to have my voice give out due to emotion in front of an entire congregation more than once. I have been so touched by the words of a song that I nearly lost my composure at work one day just translating the song to someone. I have looked into the eyes of a loved one and been overcome with the simple gratitude of shared love.

I want to here about want she had to say, not the minor road-bump on the way to the main point.

I REALLY want her to win. She's the only candidate that I get excited about when I think about her administration. I'm not talking about her campaign, not about her election, not about her speeches, but I get genuinely excited thinking about what she would do in the office, and the change that I think she is so much better situated to carry out.

Don't know who anon is, but I think that human moment won her the primary in New Hampshire.

Politics is also about those human moments -- it ain't all speeches and ideas.

Actually, I wish that Edwards was doing better! Or, the Richardson was getting better exposure. But, Obama reminds of Kennedy. And, Hillary's true emotion actually made her more attractive as a candidate.

Remember, I've been in campaigns, I know what it is like to run, to win and to loose.
So you think her emotion was true and not a political move?

Yes, I do think that was authentic emotion.

I know that politicians are actors, but that is not how politicians present themselves.

Actually breaking down and crying is what may have cost Ed Muskie the NH primary many, many years ago. Muskie was a good man, who was dry gulched by a sleazy newspaper editor who went after Muskies wife.

Michael Dukakis (sp) lost a lot of votes when he was asked what he would do if someone killed his wife. Dukakis went all Liberal Lawyer about constitutional protections. What he should have done is respond as a man, not as a lawyer. Then he should have said something about constitutional protections.

So, yes, I think that Hillary's emotion was real. And, I think that Obama's comment about Hillary being "likable" enough was a little snide. And, I know that people that those things into consideration.
