Details Later

Geoff leaves for college.

Pictures too.

Later: Nathan flew in from DC late on Friday. His plane was about an hour late, but we still found time for dinner after 10:00 pm. Salt Grass was a nice dinner at that hour. I could not resist the pecan pie. Nathan was the first person to sleep overnight in the apartment besides me. I actually closed my bedroom door. I plan to get a screen before anyone needs to spend multiple nights. This is a small place.

Saturday, we drove down and packed up Geoff's room into the van. Soon the van will be Nathan's so, I guess that was my last trip in "our" van. Geoff and I got down there with a nice drive and a pounding rain. Thankfully I was not wet from the outside as we unloaded. We had to sit and wait for about an hour while they tracked down the floater who was camped in Geoff's room. I guess that was the problem coming on a day other than the first day. We would have waited at least an hour in line the day before and had even fewer parking places. Geoff's room is on the fourth floor near the stairs. He is not near the elevator as there is not one! We got all settled and back to Tyler for dinner. We single boys sat around and yacked for a while until I turned in early.

Sunday, we all had lunch and went our separate ways.

May God richly bless you all as another year on the school cycle begins.

It was good to see Nathan's picture in the ones you sent so I guessed that he was home. No news on his Blog recently. By the way the pics are not jpeg. At least they won't 'drag' into my iPhoto.
No, you can't drag them, but you can download them. I post them this way so that people with dial-up don't have to wait for long downloads for an email. :)
