Another year, another ...

I took Nathan to the airport this morning, so I am back to one person under my roof for a while longer. Geoff will be back for a few days to take his fiddle to the shop. For a week, though I could come home and the lights were on, the door unlocked and people there. Don't get me wrong. I enjoy coming home when it is empty too, but it was nice for a while to have the boys here. I am glad too for the two days that Chris and Kristi were able to be here and for the conversations with Stephanie, Dad, and Pete.

We had a great day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We opened the wrapped presents one day and the Christmas Ham the next. First time I have eaten dinner in my new home that was cooked by someone else, fun!

I picked up the James Taylor Christmas album, and now that the music snob is gone, I can listen to it until I am sick of it. :-p

I was going to say that I thought Nathan wasn't leaving until the 30th and then I realized it was the 30th. Time sure flies by when all you have to do is sit around playing video games, reading books and occasionally doing a few maintence chores. Bon voyage, Nathan

Nice pictures. That tree looks like a Norfolk pine I once had. I'm jealous of the hat though.
