Tidbits

The other day, I was looking up some information at work. Apparently, the post office decided that the street address should on the line above the apartment, etc. I guess this is a change. Since we send out tens of thousands of W2's and the like, the post office and the IRS are a bit miffed. I went to the postal website to confirm this little piece of information and guess what? I have a zip+4 code for my apartment, 76210-4960. But that zip code is only for apartments 1615 to 1622. If you lived over in apartment 1924, your zip code would be 76210-4978. Now, there is only one mail center (to my knowledge), so it's not like the postal carrier is going blocks here and there. I guess is make sense. Stephanie on the other hand has only eight units listed for her address and there are all 55343-8069. Happy Zipping!

BTW, unlike almost every retail store in Denton that is open past 17:00, Cingular is only open to 20:00 and not 21:00 like most normal stores. Yes, Target is open until 22:00, but they do not have a new SIM card to replace the one I was going to get before 21:00 at Cingular to correct the problem with my phone acting up. Oh well, I can run that errand tomorrow, before 20:00.
