Nike +

When I logged into Nike+ today, I saw that I am just two walks short of 50 miles. I started with the timed/logged walks just after we went to see Geoff for the concert on his birthday. My goal is to walk over 2 miles at least six days per week. No weight lose yet, but I do see my pace dropping. Maybe I will get under 16 minutes to a walked mile soon! Cheers!
