I am free to return to work with no restrictions. I will be back on-line in the morning. Starting next week, I will be back in the office the normal two days per week. I still need to wear the brace and be very careful not to bend, lift or twist for a while longer.
I can go back to walking #sirRobertRocket. We took a walk past the school and back for starters. Since it has been months and months since I have walked more than a quarter mile, that was enough for today. Will do that several times a day and extend the time over time. We are more than thankful for this milestone.
